I thought I would try something new this month. So this will be the first installment of my Monday Book Club!
The book I just finished reading was How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie, which was really awesome. Not only is it a great read as far as books go, but it’s also one where you will actually learn something new.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make friends or how to simply deal with people in a more productive manner than I think that you will enjoy this book.
Mr Carnegie shares several principles such as “be a good listener, and make the other person feel important,” and “remember a person’s name”, or my favorite, simply “smile.” He also gives indepth examples on how to use each one and then shows how each one will affect your life.
I truly believe that learning these techniques will not only make you a more influencial person, but will also make you a better person overall.

I just started reading that book! I have it on audio and I listen to it in the morning when I wake up. You are right, Dale does give you steps to take that you can start implementing right away. I try to stay conscious of my actions through out the day as I work on the skills that he talks about.
This is a great book right from the very first chapter.

Very cool Angel. This book has been on my Amazon wishlist for a while, I think it’s time to get it.
I’m a lot like you in that I read a lot of fiction as well. I’m always bouncing back and forth between the two.

This is a great book! I first read it when I joined up with my network marketing company. It truly does have a lot of power tools and tips in it. Not only does it teach you how to interact with others, but it also develops you as person. This is a great recommendation Angel!

Angel, Hi I am Gary. I am new to TSA and just getting started on this journey and am looking forward to learning from everyone and hopefully contributing as well. Loved your video. Brave of you to step out. Something that I need to work up the nerve to do. I like the book club idea but am not much of a reader. I only read Science fiction and only about 2 books a year. I read tons on the net about China though so if there is anything you want to know about
China, drop me a line as I am a bit of an expert there.
